Substation पासून निघालेला विद्युत प्रवाह distribute करण्यासाठी जागोजागी DTC Structure चे installation केले जाते. यामध्ये Transformer आणि बाकीचे equipment’s दोन Pole वरती mount केलेले असतात, त्यामुळे याला Double Pole ( DP) Structure असेही म्हटले जाते. DTC Structure आपल्याला Industrial, Commercial आणि Agriculture अशा सर्वच field मध्ये पाहायला मिळते. Substation पासून येणारा 11 KV HT Supply Transformer चा वापर करून 440 V मध्ये रूपांतरित केला जातो. DTC Structure मध्ये Transformer सोबत त्याच्या protection Purpose साठी काही equipment connect केली जातात. चला तर मग या ब्लॉग मध्ये आपण पाहूया कि DTC Structure मध्ये कोणते कोणते equipments connected असतात.

RSJ Pole
RSJ Pole हे Transformer Center उभाकरण्यासाठी वापरले जातात , 100 X 116 RSJ हे पोल cement कॉंक्रिट च्या साह्याने उभे केले जातात , DP Center ला गरज असल्यास त्याला stay Set चा तसेच stud pole चा आधार दिला असतो .
DP Center उभा करताना चार ही बाजूने safety विचारात घेऊन अंतर सोडले असते . RSJ Pole हे silver colour ने पेंट केले असतात .

Channel Angle DTC Fabrication
DP Center (Transformer Center ) हे अनेक इलेक्ट्रिकल साहित्याने व्यापले असते जसे Lightning Arrestor (LA) , Air Break Switch (AB Switch), Horn Gap Fuse (HG), Transformer,LT Distribution Box (LTDB), Stay Set इत्यादी .या सर्वाना दोन RSJ Pole वर फीट करण्यासाठी योग्य स्पेसिफिकेशन च्या Channel , Angle आणी Clamps चा आधार घेतला जातो त्याला Channel Angle DTC Fabrication असे म्हणतात . Channel Angle DTC Fabrication हे DP Structure च्या 11/22/33 वर तसेच RSJ Pole च्या size वरून आणि cement pole (PSC Pole ) त्यामुळे थोडया फार प्रमाणात बदल करून manufacter केले जाते . 100 X 50 हे channel हे top साठी आणि transformer base channel म्हणून वापरले जातात , 75 X 40 हे चॅनेल Air Break Switch (AB Switch), Horn Gap Fuse (HG) यांच्या fixing साठी वापरात येते . Clamps ह्या 50 X 8 , 50 X 10 या MS flat strip ने बनवल्या जातात . योग्य specification चे व quality असलेले Channel Angle DTC Fabrication हे DP Center साठी long life व सेफ्टी साठी खुप महत्वाची भुमिका बजावतात .

Lightning Arrestor
Lightning Stroke मुळे line मध्ये जेव्हा voltage surges येतात तेव्हा त्यापासून Transformer चे protection करण्यासाठी lightning Arrestor चा वापर करतात. DTC Structure मध्ये LA सगळ्यात वरती Line Channel वर mount केलेला असतो.
Lightning Arrestor च एक terminal line ला connect असते आणि दुसरं terminal GI Wire किंवा GI Strip च्या साह्याने ground केलेले असते, जेणेकरून line मध्ये जेव्हा lightning surges येतात तेव्हा lightning arrestor through ते ground व्हावेत.
Normally 11 KV DTC Structure मध्ये 9KV, 5 Amp Distribution class Lightning Arrestor वापरला जातो.

11kv 400 Amp Air Break Switch (AB Switch)
DTC Structure मध्ये AB Switch channel हा line channel च्या खाली stay clamp आणि nut bolts च्या साह्याने जोडलेला असतो. या AB Switch channel वरती AB Switch Set mount केला जातो. AB Switch Set ला Gang Operated Air Break (GOAB ) Switch असेही म्हटले जाते. AB Switch च्या manual operation साठी त्याला एक AB Switch handle जोडला जातो. त्या handle चा वापर करून आपण AB Switch On आणि OFF करू शकतो. जेव्हा system मध्ये maintenance ची गरज असते तेव्हा AB Switch open करून आपण तो part line पासून Isolate करू शकतो.
AB Switches दोन types मध्ये available असतात Porcelain आणि Polymer. MSEDCL च्या specification प्रमाणे 11 KV DTC Structure साठी 11 KV 400 Amp Air Break Switch set वापरला जातो.

Horn Gap Fuse Set (HG Fuse set):
AB Switch च्या खाली Horn Gap channel वरती Horn Gap Fuse set जोडला जातो. Line मध्ये येणाऱ्या overcurrent आणि short circuit fault पासून transformer चे protection करण्यासाठी Horn Gap Fuse set DTC Structure मध्ये जोडला जातो.
जेव्हा line मध्ये overcurrent आणि short circuit fault येतो त्यावेळी system current rated current पेक्षा जास्त होतो, तेव्हा Fuse link melt होते व Transformer line पासून isolate केला जातो. आशा पद्धतीने Transformer चे overcurrent पासून protection केले जाते.
MSEDCL च्या specification प्रमाणे 11 KV DTC Structure साठी 11 KV 100 Amp Horn Gap Fuse set वापरला जातो. Horn Gap Set दोन types मध्ये available असतात Porcelain आणि Polymer.

Transformer
DTC Structure मध्ये Outdoor Distribution Transformer वापरला जातो. Horn Gap Fuse set नंतर Base channel वरती Transformer mount केला जातो. Transformer 11 KV HT Supply चे conversion 440V मध्ये करतो. व पुढे transformer च्या LT Terminal पासून connection LTDB ला दिले जाते.
Transformer चे rating तिथे असलेल्या requirement नुसार 25KVA, 63KVA, 100KVA, 200KVA,315KVA असे असते. ट्रान्सफॉर्मर selection हे लागणारी सध्याची power requirement व भविष्यात गरज यावरुन transformer ची capacity निश्चित केलेली असते . सर्वसाधारण पणे संपूर्ण लोड च्या 80% capacity वर चालेल असा transformer सिलेक्ट केलेला असतो .

LT Cable ही Transformer च्या LT side कडून LT Distribution box साठी व LT Distribution box कडुन required Load कडे जाण्यासाठी वापरात येते . Alluminum Lugs च्या साह्याने cable ला जोडले जाते .

LT Distribution Box (LTDB)
Transformer च्या LT Terminals पासून supply LTDB ला दिला जातो. LT Distribution Box दोन Types available असतात , MCCB Type आणि Kitkat Type. LT Distribution Box मध्ये Switch Disconnector, HRC Fuse, MCCB or KitKat आणि busbar mount केलेले असतात.
Transformer rating नुसार 25KVA, 63KVA, 100KVA, 200KVA, 315KVA rating चा LTDB वापरला जातो.

Pipe Earthing
DP Structure च्या protection आणि proper working साठी DTC structure ला minimum तीन pipe earthing चा वापर करावा लागतो. LA साठी separate earthing वापरावे लागते, जेणेकरून lightning stroke मुळे voltage surges easily ground करता यावे.
Transformer च्या neutral साठी एक pipe earthing वापरावे लागते. आणि तिसऱ्या pipe earthing ला transformer body, AB switch, HG fuse आणि supporting structure चे connection दिले जाते.

DP Center ला Stay Set हे Stay wire च्या साहयाने आधार दिलेला असतो , Pole पासुन सेपरेट 1 मीटर वर आर्थिंग पाईप ही GI wire च्या साह्याने जमिनीमध्ये पुरलेली असते , DP Center ला सर्व DP Center fabrication equipment जोडण्यासाठी वेगवेगळ्या Nutbolt sizes चा उपयोग केलेला असतो .
